With Vietnam eSIM, after you completed your order with us and successfully transfer your payment, we will send the eSIM to your registered email within 15 minutes up to 02 working hours to generate the QR code.
In case of delivery or service supply delays, Vietnam will promptly inform you and provide an opportunity to cancel the contract if you wish.
Since the eSIM is sent via email, please provide the correct email address to ensure you get it timely.
